SOLUMINA’s renewed corporate website and recruitment film helps to reshape and strengthen internal engagement.
I designed the UI/UX for SOLUMINA’s new corporate website, and directed/edited its recruitment film, aiming to refresh the company’s brand perception and boost employee engagement. Building on a newly established visual identity, I crafted a unified brand experience that reflects SOLUMINA’s vision of illuminating the future through system innovation.

For the website, I developed a design system that integrates graphic elements and illustrations based on the new logo, delivering a sense of discovery and innovation to users. For the film, I structured the content into two parts: an animated introduction highlighting SOLUMINA’s vision, and employee interviews that share personal dreams and goals achieved through their work at SOLUMINA.
The project led to stronger employee engagement, particularly among younger members taking initiative for new challenges. Website traffic and job applications increased, and both the site and film continue to serve as essential tools for attracting and inspiring future talent.
